Marsha Smith
Senior Counsel
Marsha focuses her practice on trust and probate litigation, as well as estate planning. She has experience advising clients from pre-litigation through trial. She is familiar with all facets of the litigation process including preparing and responding to demand letters, propounding and responding to discovery, preparing pleadings, law and motion work, taking and defending depositions, arguing to the court at various types of hearings, and working with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
