Attorney Matthew J. Kraus focuses his practice solely on civil litigation, with an emphasis on lawsuits arising from construction contract disputes, professional negligence, and business disputes. He has experience representing a wide range of clients, including both family businesses and large corporations. He has also acted as local counsel for a number of out-of-state clients who desire local counsel with knowledge and experience in Riverside and San Bernardino County. Matthew has significant experience representing clients in various business disputes. Additionally, he dedicates a significant part of his practice to public and private work construction disputes. He also has significant experience defending professionals in negligence and breach of fiduciary duty cases. Matthew is experienced in every phase of the litigation process, from pre-litigation contract claims procedures through jury verdict.
